- · 4 catfish fillets
- · 1 cup Mama Jan's Southern Seasoned Breading
- · 1 cup buttermilk
- · Vegetable oil for frying
- · Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Soak fillets in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
- Dredge each fillet thoroughly in Mama Jan's breading.
- Fry at 350°F for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon.
